Job Description / Responsibilities

1.

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients in the target market segments.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation.

Consultative Selling:

  • Conduct indepth discovery meetings with prospects to understand their business needs, pain points, and objectives.
  • Present software solutions effectively, highlighting key features and benefits that align with the prospect's requirements.
  • Offer consultative guidance to prospects on how software solutions can address their challenges and improve their business operations.

Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects using CRM software.
  • Manage sales pipeline effectively, from lead qualification to closure.
  • Provide the management team with regular updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospects.
  • Handle objections effectively and address any concerns raised by prospects.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Close deals on time while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong relationships with clients postsale to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients as they implement and utilize the software solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, with a minimum of [3] years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of software products and solutions, preferably in EdTech industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
