Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the lubricants industry, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical support and expertise on our range of specialty chemicals, particularly within the lubricants segment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to tailor solutions and offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Shift:

  • Day shift

Travel requirement:

  • Up to 20% travel

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:
