Hello

We're looking for a dynamic and motivated teacher success manager to help us reshape the future of learning

What you will do:

Teacher & class progress
Ensuring that teachers are following the given program/curriculum
Manage and monitor student learning outcomes
Track and manage class engagements like performances, recitals, tests and evaluations.
Teacher training & management
Assist in training models for existing and new teachers on the Flurn platform.
Assist in operational needs of teachers.
Class quality control
Screen teachers provided by the teacher acquisition team and determine their fit into the Flurn program.
Execute processes to check and maintain the quality of Flurn's classes.

What you need to have

Prior experience with teacher management & training

Excellent Communication

Oral & Written
Experience in education & elearning a plus
Strong planning & execution skills
Enthusiasm & right frame of mind to work in a high growth & fluid role
Any professional degree with top notch acads
