Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Technical Specialist & Advisor on our DATA & AI SWAT team, your technical expertise will help to guide escalated clients through highly visible critical situations which could include installs, upgrades, migrations or stability.

You will be the voice of the client as you learn their most pressing challenges and lobby on their behalf, and drive innovation back into our product teams to improve future client experiences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

35 years technical, support or client facing experience.
Technology evangelist by nature possessing outstanding executive level communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Strong technical and development skills. Ability to identify creative workarounds / solutions to client challenges. Aptitude to learn new technologies and collaborate with others to design innovative solutions. You possess a cando, noproblemtoobigortoosmall attitude. Capable of maintaining a diplomatic approach and remaining calm when under pressure
