    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and creative Content Marketing professional to join our team at PMaps. As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content marketing strategies to promote our assessment platform and attract entry-level job seekers. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in content marketing or a similar role
    • Proven track record of creating and implementing successful content marketing strategies
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent creative writing and editing abilities
    • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research
    • Experience with blog writing, copywriting, and email marketing
    • Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia content creation
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of content marketing campaigns

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Developing and executing content marketing strategies to promote PMaps' assessment platform
    • Creating engaging and informative content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, etc.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to identify target audience and develop content strategies to attract entry-level job seekers
    • Researching and staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts
    • Optimizing content for search engine optimization (SEO) to increase organic traffic
    • Measuring and analyzing the performance of content marketing campaigns using relevant metrics
    • Working closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content
    • Monitoring and managing brand consistency across all content channels
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather content and ensure accuracy of information
    • Staying updated with new content marketing tools and trends to constantly improve the effectiveness of content strategies
