    Job Summary:

    The Human Resource Generalist plays a vital rolein supporting the HR department and the organization by managingdaytoday HR functions and providing comprehensive HR support toemployees and management. This position requires a strongunderstanding of HR policies procedures and best practices toensure compliance and promote a positive workenvironment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment andOnboarding:

    Manage the recruitmentprocess including job postings resume screeningscheduling

    interviews and conductinginterviews.

    Coordinate the onboarding processfor new hires including orientation sessionspaperwork

    completion and introduction to companypolicies and procedures.

    2. EmployeeRelations:

    Serve as a point of contactfor employee inquiries and concerns providing guidanceand

    support as needed.

    Handleemployee relations matters including conflict resolutiondisciplinary actions and

    performance improvementplans.

    Conduct investigations into employeecomplaints or misconduct allegations andrecommend

    appropriateactions.

    3. BenefitsAdministration:

    Assist employees withbenefits enrolment changes and inquiries and resolve anyissues

    related to benefitsadministration.

    4. HRCompliance:

    Maintain accurate employeerecords and ensure confidentiality and security of HRdata.

    Keep abreast of changes in employment lawsand regulations and update HR policiesand

    procedures accordingly.

    5.Training and Development:

    Coordinate training and development programs for employees toenhance their skillsand

    capabilities.

    6.HR Administration:

    ManageHRIS (Human Resource Information System) and maintain accurateemployee data.

    Prepare and maintain HR reportsand analytics to support decisionmaking andstrategic

    planning.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors degree in human resourcesBusiness Administration or related field.

    Previous experience in HR roles preferably as an HR Generalist orsimilar position.

    Strong knowledge of HRpolicies procedures and best practices.

    Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.

    Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential information with discretion.

    Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

    HR certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is aplus.
