    Description
    Drives analytical projects to support our tender management process and
    improve quality deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Running tests on individual components
  • conducting end-to-endregression testingand tracking down bugs
  • validating application functionality and usability,
  • discovering defects in code or design flaws before launch,
  • creating test cases and test scenarios
  • coordinating test execution and test resources on various platforms with different devices
  • executing effective tests based on project and product manager input,
  • Working closely with project managers or product owners to discuss project status and any (potential) issues that may arise
  • documents UAT results and provide daily or weekly status report for progress
  • And providing feedback on project performance.
  • UAT testers are responsible for planning and controlling tests, ensuring they are within budget and on deadline.
  • They also create test plan/s, test profiles and concepts, coordinate test cases, and document results.
  • Note any successful past use cases in order toimprove current and futuretest outcomes.
  • develop testing programs, test data,test cases, and UAT test plans
  • Create Execute UAT tests and log any issues found.

    • People Management

  • Proven track record in collaboration with diverse teams
  • Hands on stakeholder management and people processes

    • Preferred Skills

  • Graduate, ideally Operations & Supply Chain or IT
  • Excellent communication skills, with Good command over written & spoken English (Must Have)
  • Work closely and effectively with regional and global stakeholders by efficiently responding to RFIs, RFQs/tenders of solutions-driven customers.
  • Track record for successful performance
  • Strategic influencing and stakeholder management and Project Management capabilities
  • Capacity to handle change, stay open to different ideas and support for positive change
  • Understand work in an agile manner, High analytical / problem-solving skills Strong Process and people leadership skills
  • Proactive leader with customer service mindset
  • Large scale improvement (standardization and process capability) implementation experience, with strong continuous improvement mindset
  • Self-motivated, independent starter who is also a good team player
