Assist in the preparation and tracking of garment samples throughout the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final approval.

Coordinate with designers, pattern makers, and sewers to ensure accurate execution of design specifications.
Organize and maintain the sample room, including inventory management and sample archiving.
Conduct quality checks on all samples to identify and report any issues or deviations from specifications.
Liaise with fabric and trim suppliers to source materials for sample production.
Schedule and monitor timelines to ensure samples are completed within set deadlines.
Provide administrative support to the design and production teams, including data entry and document preparation.
Participate in fitting sessions, taking detailed notes on adjustments and feedback for further sample refinement.
