    Job Title – Front Desk Executive

    Job Location – Pune (Luxury Project)

    Required Experience – Years

    Required Qualification – Any Graduate (Hospitality Preferred)

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    As a Front Desk Executive in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients, visitors, and staff. You will serve as the first point of contact for individuals entering the office, representing the company's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Your duties will include:

    1. Greeting clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.

    2. Answering phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

    3. Providing information about available properties and real estate services.

    4. Scheduling appointments, property viewings, and meetings for real estate agents and clients.

    5. Assisting in the preparation of property listings, contracts, and other documentation.

    6. Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.

    7. Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

    8. Coordinating with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and property management, to ensure seamless operations.

    9. Managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.

    10. Upholding confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive information.

    Requirements:

    1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry and Hospitality.

    2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    3. Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

    4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and documentation.

    6. Professional appearance and demeanor.

    7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
