    Description

    Total experience required: 12 to 15 years.




    SHIFT TIMING:
    12 Noon to 9 PM shift with flexibility to stretch when needed and flexibility from us also to adjust based on the candidates needs from time to time

    Key Responsibilities

    Technical Skills:1.


    Full Stack Development:
    Proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies, allowing them to work on the entire spectrum of a web application

    2 Troubleshooting:
    A deep understanding of software architecture and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively. They should be comfortable debugging code, diagnosing performance problems, and resolving system-related challenges.3.


    Programming Languages:
    Mastery of languages such as JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, or others commonly used for full stack development

    4 Frameworks and Libraries:
    Familiarity with relevant frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, (front-end), , Django, Ruby on Rails (back[1]end), and others

    5 Database Management:
    Proficiency in working with databases, including designing schemas, optimizing queries, and ensuring data integrity. Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.6.


    Version Control:
    Experience with version control systems like Git, including branching, merging, and resolving conflicts

    7 API Development:
    Ability to design, develop, and consume APIs for seamless communication between different parts of a system


    Project Management Skills:

    Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Clearcommunication is crucial for effective project management.2.


    Planning and Organization:
    Strong ability to create project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively. They should be able to break down complex projects into manageable tasks.3.


    Risk Management:
    Skill in identifying potential project risks and devising strategies to mitigate them. This includes being adaptable in the face of unexpected challenges.4.


    Team Collaboration:
    Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

    5 Adaptability:
    The tech landscape is ever-evolving. A senior full stack resource should be open to learning new technologies and approaches as needed.6.


    Problem Solving:
    Beyond technical troubleshooting, the ability to approach project[1]related problems with creative and innovative solutions is vital

    7 Prioritization:
    Knowing how to prioritize tasks and features based on business requirements, technical feasibility, and project goals

    8 Documentation:
    Thorough documentation of code, processes, and project progress to ensure knowledge sharing and smooth transitionsConduct in-depth debugging, profiling, and optimization to ensure application performance and stability


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    Minimum of 12-15 years of professional experienceProficiency in a variety of programming languages.
    Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within scope.
    Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically.
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
