    • Troubleshootproblems in application reported in the production environment andresolve issues within theSLA
    • Leads/coordinates development activities solution elaboration andimplementation process with a team of 5 or morepeople.

    • Interactwith various client stakeholders extract information as needed toaccomplish thework
    • Groom/Mentor/ Share knowledge to you offshore during the overlapping timeperiod.
