Responsibilities:

Working successfully with team, valuing, and collaborating across the team to achieve shared objectives and goals
Develop strong relationships with partners in the business and across lines of business and product companies
Enthusiasm to understand and support the simplification of highly complex operational processes and supporting platforms
Trainings: Identify process for new joines, ensure learning plans are in place and that there are no breaches on mandatory/compliance training timelines
Back up/Team depth: Ensure adequate backups is created

Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 35year relevant loan servicing work for bilateral and syndicated loans, quality assurance and control testing
You should have knowledge of loan systems like Loan IQ, Strategy will be an added advantage, You should have must have knowledge of Financial Accounting, SWIFT and other remittance systems
Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process, Strong risk & control mindset
Experience in driving small to medium sized projects with strong results, Strong escalation management skills
