Designing HVAC system, Planning the job, execution, purchasing, commercially monitoring.

Effectively preparation of AHU zoning, Area classification and pressure zoning layouts.

Heat load calculation and preparation of room Data sheet.

Finalizing the unit capacities based on load calculation and space availability with respect to plan.

Heat load calculation, duct system design, water piping and refrigerant piping design.

HVAC Equipment selection, Quantity Survey, BOQ preparation and making offers.

Effective Cost Estimation.

Negotiation with vendors.

Attending Negotiation meetings with clients.

Monitoring the schedules of various activities as committed to the client in close coordination with the Consultant and Contractors.

Understanding the technical and commercial requirements of the project from sales departments to coordinate all project activities for the preparation of mechanical drawing and installation schedule, in coordination with the Consultant/Client.

Preparation of material submissions, drawing submittals, method statements and obtaining approval from the client.

Coordinate procurement and dispatches of the material to project site as per tender/project requirements.

Provide necessary technical clarifications, installation details; design parameters to the drawing department enable them to prepare the working drawings.

Allocation of various labour contracts to various subcontractors and handing over the project to the site supervisor for execution of site.

Develop customer knowledge by providing solutions and maintaining excellent reports with clients/customers.

Testing, commissioning and handing over the project to clients including preparation of operation and maintenance manuals, as built drawings and monitoring warranty obligations

Documentation Includes Design Qualification, Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification.
