Operations Associate - Noida, India - AVIA Technologies
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Handling client queries/questions and providing solutions by coordinating with internal teams.
- Doing data entry in Excel/Google sheets and on other Internal Portals.
- Providing operational support to different departments, responding to inquires, resolving issues and coordinating activities as needed.
- Carry out a range of assigned support duties ensuring prompt and accurate completion of all data administration requirements.
Required Skills:
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment - Word and Excel.
- Ability to maintain highly confidential nature of work.
- Keen willingness to learn.
- Strong Presentation skills.
- Should be able to handle work pressure.
- Willingness to travel.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
