    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Purchase Executive to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our company's financial records, including transactions, payroll, audits, and budget preparation. The ideal candidate will be proficient in financial legislation, practices, and trends, and possess strong analytical skills to help guide our financial decisions.

    The Role

    You will be responsible for :

    • As a Purchase Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the purchase ledger, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices, expenses, and payments.
    • Your role will involve reconciling supplier statements, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors.
    • You will collaborate with internal departments to verify purchase orders, track budget allocations, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
    • Additionally, you'll play a key role in analyzing purchasing trends, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and assisting in budget forecasting.
    • Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.

    Ideal Profile

    • You have at least 2 years experience within a Accountant (General Ledger) or Accounts Payable / AP role, ideally within the Manufacturing and Metals & Steel industry.
    • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
    • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
    • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
