Description

1.Counseling and managing the on campus and off campus students, parents, individuals or organizations, who are related to similar interests.

Manage the registrations and admission formalities for the potential students.
Taking initiatives to increase walk-ins e.g. creating awareness, organizing various marketing activities to increase walk-in etc.
Tie up with companies for getting students placed on practical training, internships, volunteering opportunities.
Coordination with and site visits to venues and companies where students are placed for volunteering opportunities.
Relationship building and management with companies who will be prospective recruiters of students.
Networking with industry professionals to organize guest speakers and master classes for students.
Other such tasks that management delegates from time to time.
To make sure all center/student related activities run smoothly and Participate in cross functional teams as needed to accomplish institute objectives.
Maintain center reports & updating database, sustaining coordination between center & head office.
Participate in education events, in-house events, fairs and engage with the student community.
Back Office & Admin work like Generates ID cards, usernames, and passwords for students and prepares admission letters as requested by students.
Handling miscellaneous responsibilities as and when required.
