Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Management Support Assistant Executive to join our team.
As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our property management team, helping our overseas clients to manage their properties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our property management services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist property managers with scheduling property inspections, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on property performance and occupancy rates.
- Assist in creating and managing property listings on shortterm rental platforms such as Airbnb.
- Respond to guest inquiries, bookings, and reviews in a timely manner.
- Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services for properties, ensuring that properties are in top condition for guests.
- Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients and track payments and expenses.
- Conduct research on new properties and potential clients to expand our portfolio.
- Assist in creating and updating property management policies and procedures.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

- Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
