Experience: 7+ years

AWS Devops JD:

  • Banking domain and system knowledge (FISERV, Aperio, Communicator, Nautilus, Corillian & Accurate)
  • DevOps Model and CICD
  • Experience in using Docker, Kubernetes or container orchestration
  • Working knowledge of managing Kubernetes cluster, its Control as well as Data Plane
  • Hands on experience on Kubernetes Cluster upgrade, Certificate upgrade and Vulnerability management

- programming/scripting knowledge
  • Python/Java


  • LinuxOS/Windows OS

  • Patching, registry management, Security handshake,
- certificate installation & renewals

  • Middleware such as Apache, JBoss, IIS debugging & troubleshooting logs
  • Good Knowledge on SQL Database & Cloud Computing (AWS)
  • Creative Problem solving, Critical Thinking
  • Incident, Change and Problem Management (ITIL)
  • Excellent track record in resolving Production incidents within SLAs and adhere to Incident, Problem and Change management processes.
  • Collaborate with the external, internal vendor teams (viz., Bank Ops, network, database, security etc) for issue resolutions.

Good to Have Skills:

  • Good Understanding of System Networking such as firewall, switches, DNS
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the team, crossfunctional teams, vendors, and infrastructure to resolve/escalate incidents/problems
  • Should be able to setup the environment whenever it is required
  • Good understanding of Monitoring and Observability systems
  • Should have exposure developing automation scripts for process and service improvements
  • Very good communication and writing skills with strong analytical/problem solving skills
  • Publish knowledge articles for any new issues identified
  • Keep up to date with technology and system knowledge to improve resolution times
  • Ownership of issues and keep stakeholders informed of the progress
  • Generate daily/weekly/periodic reports relevant to services supported
  • Good Knowledge in Cloud Platforms is an added advantage and highly considered.
  • Improve the services/ systems or products by recommending new automation tools and technologies wherever possible
