Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
Coordinate with internal teams, such as HR and operations, to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make datadriven improvements.
Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the recruitment industry.
Share industry insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance and expertise.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a placement agency or recruitment consultancy.
Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:
