CoinDCX is shaping the future of crypto in India and we are in pursuit of finance officers to join our team.

Make a difference by,:

Independently handling and filing form on MCA (DIR12/ AOC4/ MGT7/ MGT14/ PAS3/ MSME1/ DPT3/ DIR3KYC and any other form as required for event based compliance
Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers
Conducting Board and Member's meeting and maintaining and timely preparation and maintenance notice/ agenda/ minutes
Drafting of board resolutions and registering it on MCA
Alteration of MOA/ AOA
Advising the board on Rights Issue/ Private Placement/ Bonus Issue/ Buyback
Filing of FLA forms
Filing of FCGPR/ FCTRS and ODI related forms.
Helping with the CSR compliance
Qualified Company Secreatry with 45 years of experience (LLB will be an addes advantage)
Expert in Companies Act, Fema
Experience in handling ROC/ MCA/ FEMA compliances independently
Highly motivated, selfstarter, solutions oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills ability to work in a dynamic & fast moving environment
