    Description

    Job Description :

    • Knowledge of importance of & challenges in master data entry experience a must
    • Handled /lead team of minimum 15+ members.
    • Reasonably good in English writing /reading /verbal communication
    • Basic business trading knowledge or basic purchase domain knowledge shall help. Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around material handling, purchase /procurement, warehouse management.
    • SAP MM /WM process knowledge preferred. Preferably min 23 years of SAP MM /WM support or as an end to end user
    • Atleast 56 years of domain experience preferred
    • Should be ready to work in a non IT, end user retail company like Avenue Ecommerce Limited.
    • Ability to plan, coordinate, set target for and direct the work of team
    • Ability to plan for continuous improvement
    • Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.
    • Effective resource & time management
    • Leads testing efforts.
    • Ensures tickets are identified, entered, checked and closed in a timely manner
    • Communicates needed changes to development team.
    • Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution.
    • Manages resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with work load.

    Candidate Profile :

    • Technical Skills Domain should be in SAP
    • Qualifying Competencies Good Communication, Good in Academics, Master Data Management experience is a must
    • Industry (preferred)/ Dept Retail, IT, FMCG

    • Understands the "human" side of the change management process.
    • Master data entry in SAP
    • Ensure smooth and effective co-ordination with business, ERP team & other IT team members
    • Ensure deliveries with 0 defects
    • Able to review work & suggest issues
    • Transparent & quick in updating status
    • Apprising reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary) .
    • Maintains all proper documents related to master data management
    • Training team members
    • Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implements them with stakeholders buy-in
    • Able to manage teams effectively and with better productivity
    • Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several activities simultaneously while working to meet deadlines.
    • Manages resources in accordance with schedule & work load
