About the Role:
Visit users at their home to provide home monitoring services of our product - upBeat. Explain to users about upBeat usage, care and respond to any queries about the device.
Responsibilities:
- Attaching upBeat on user at their preferred location to get the home monitoring started.
- Picking up upBeat kit after the monitoring period ends.
- Visiting users for troubleshooting technical challenges faced during the home monitoring period.
- Assist users when they call for any technical issues. Escalate these issues to internal Customer Service team.
- Reporting in a timely manner about the tasks done to he coordinator.
- Fast learner with excellent communication skills
- Prompt customer service and response to users
- Ability to work under pressure
- Punctual
- Caring and compassionate towards users
- Good technical skills in operating phones, settings on phones

Salary:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month

Experience:
