Description
1. Good communication skills, especially in English Kannada, both in oral and in written form.- Drafting Agreements such as Leave and License / Lease Agreements.
- Knowledge of court proceedings is an added advantage.
- Drafting of Legal Notices, Reply Notices, Documentation, Draft preparations for Notices, Sale Deeds, Memorandum of Understandings, Lease Deed, leave and License.
- Preparation of Legal Opinions on property issues and also in all other related queries etc
- Planning & Co-ordination Agreement for Registration process.
- Advise on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals
- Ensuring proper contract stamping and registration of all the agreements including all execution formalities.
- Must have knowlegde about Registration works.
Salary:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
