    Description

    Job Title:

    Business Analyst-Retail LiabilitiesFunction/Department:

    Information TechnologyJob Purpose:
    The role entails the responsibility of handling/driving end-to-end Projects & making it live as part of MATM Projects Team

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    Candidates must have worked on projects and delivering.
    Candidate should identify the projects goals, objectives and scope and create a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines.
    Manage communication with stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and monitor the progress to ensure the projects stays on track.
    Working towards project scope both from technology and functional front based on BRD.Responsible for managing infra related issues.
    Knowledge on Card Payments.
    Understanding of HSM and key exchange concept along with knowledge on PCI standards.
    Work and coordinate with testers for UAT and define test case basis project.
    Understand and document and create SOP based on tasks.
    Manage & represent Change management committee for releases.
    Work closely with technology infrastructure teams, Development & testing teams insupporting production releases & upgrades.
    Able to handle audits and assessments.
    Candidate must have an excellent presentation and documentation skills.


    Functional Skillset:
    Concept of acquiring payments, Card Payment systems, Understanding of Hardware Security Management (HSM), key exchange concept, switching systems, Rupay/Visa/MasterCard working, Knowledge on PCI standards, handling of projects

    Technical Skillset:

    Linux, Oracle/Sql, API serviceEducational Qualifications:
    Graduation: Bachelor of Science ( / Bachelor of Technology ( / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

    Post-Graduation:
    Master of Science ( / Master of Technology ( / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

    Experience:
    Minimum of 5+ Years of experience in Banking -Card Payments, Financial domain.
