    Your Responsibilities and Objectives

    We are seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to coordinate and supervise marketing initiatives and programs.

    Your role will have a direct impact on our events and webinars, contributing to our MQLs and growth targets. Collaboration with various stakeholders is essential, emphasizing the importance of communication skills and teamwork in this position.

    Within Your First 3 Months, You Will:

    • Familiarize yourself with the organization's team and key stakeholders
    • Gain insight into the Productsup platform, including our use cases, target personas, and competitive landscape
    • Initiate the planning of your first program, developing campaign concepts, messaging, and themes tailored to specific audience segments based on market knowledge

    Within Your First 6 Months and Beyond, You Will:

    • Take full ownership of your programs from strategy to implementation
    • Contribute to our SAL and marketing pipeline objectives
    • Collaborate with the Content and Performance teams for program excellence
    • Coordinate with Operations, PreSales, and Sales teams to ensure lead flow and reporting accuracy for marketing campaigns
    • Utilize additional channels like events and webinars managed by your Program team colleagues

    Your Qualifications

    • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
    • 5 years of marketing experience in a B2B tech company (preferably SaaS)
    • Robust project management abilities
    • Degree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent
    • Proficiency in English (German is a bonus) with excellent communication skills
    • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM Systems (experience with Hubspot and Salesforce is advantageous)
    • Tech-savvy with a solid grasp of online marketing and ecommerce
    • Experience in email marketing and nurturing campaigns
    • Ability to transform complex ideas into clear, creative messages
    • Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset
