Description
Responsible for receiving in-bound calls and out-bound call along with regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

  • Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to the services offered.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going i.e by understanding the customer requirements and placing them into the services that best suites them.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills required
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
