Job Title: Sales Executive- Call center
Department: Sales
Reports To: Management
Job Description:
Develop and implement an extensive sales plan to grow our customer base and expand the company's global reach.
Developing the business through customer acquisition and relationship management.
Start from the scratch to build a robust sales pipeline, and close sales.
Achieve company objectives by meticulously planning, establishing sales objectives, analysing performance data, and formulating projections.
Target-driven with a demonstrated capacity to exceed objectives and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work on a PowerPoint presentation to present customers in person and/or online.
Call the customers daily and reach the right decision makers of the company.
Construct emails and regular follow ups to close the deal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
40% domestic or international travel will be required.
Knowledge of industries SLA and KPIs
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor's products and services.
The successful Applicant:
Only those with at least five years of call centre sales management experience can apply.
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
Excellent English communication both verbal and written, additional international language in an advantage.
Ability to adapt to diverse personalities and pay attention to client needs.
Candidate must be able to perform under pressure and produce quality results.
Managing time effectively, setting priorities and multitasking.
Ability to travel at multiple locations.
Minimum bachelors degree in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and internet savvy.
