Why Kyndryl

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • This role supports and at times may lead initiatives as part of our Service Management Platform service model to improve the customer and colleague experience and delivery of productivity targets

Development on the ServiceNow platform working with a team accountable for the operational capability and the project uplifts to keep the platform current and to integrate other technologies into the platform.


  • Roles are accountable for development and build on the ServiceNow platform in one or more of the following areas:
  • ITOM
  • ITSM
  • Integration
  • Service Request/Catalogue
  • Asset Management
  • HR
  • SIR
  • CMDB
  • Work closely with developers, product and process owners to meet evolving requirements and to manage hotfixes, patches and feature releases successfully into production.
  • Implement and maintain integrations in ServiceNow to support 'Always On' strategy. The successful applicant will work closely with Service Owners and product and process owners to maximise value and to ensure that requirements are met on an ongoing basis.
  • The person in this role will support an ongoing process of improvement and consolidation working closely with vendors and teams to deliver a simple and exceptional selfservice experience for our consumers.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Vulnerability Response (VR) module and CMDB discovery and integration skill.
  • Delivery of sustainable improvement solutions and benefits for our customers that meet stakeholder expectations, whilst living the values and behaviours.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with priorities and delivery of prioritised backlogs.
  • Demonstrated evidence of applied learnings from retrospectives and showcases.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • Current ServiceNow certification is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of delivery methodologies and associated tools, with working experience in Agile delivery.
