    Job description

    Position Summary

    We are looking for you - The, Account Director has ultimate accountability for the effectiveness of the entire Client Servicing team. An Account Director looks beyond the day-to-day needs of an account to ensure the long-term stability and growth of the relationship and revenue. The Account Director must serve as the client's strategic marketing partner and must provide leadership in the category of interactive marketing. The Account Director also serves as the internal team leader and drives integration with all the verticals. This role is responsible for demonstrating a strong working knowledge of the Indian digital space. The role sets the tone for how the account is managed by assuring focus on key client objectives and best practices.

    Account Management

    · Develops, manages, and monitors client service delivery executions of the assigned accounts

    · Oversees process development and execution management

    · Assures quality control of all campaign planning and implementation

    · Enforces Best Practices

    · Prepares and presents annual financial plans and human resources plans

    Client Management

    · Acts as a client visionary by bringing a highly valued perspective to the client based on a deep understanding of their business, issues and opportunities

    · Oversee the implementation of the annual planning in conjunction with the client team

    · Continuously evaluate and improve upon all digital media opportunities

    · To become completely familiar with the client's organizational structure, planning process, marketing calendar and the needs of key stakeholders.

    Team Leadership & Development

    · Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity

    · Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients' performance and business objectives

    · Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioural correction

    · Assists in interviewing, hiring, training, mentoring, developing, and evaluating team members

    · Conducts performance reviews and career path plans for direct reports

    · Provide training in planning to their direct reports and bellow teams

    Process Improvement

    · Facilitates the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group

    Cross-Selling

    · Understands and explains the features and benefits of all Interactive Avenues services

    Qualifications

    Education:

    · Post Graduate / MBA

    · Must have experience in the digital landscape

    · Strong management/marketing experience including: team, budget and client relationship

    · Excellent writing and presentation skills

    · Extreme attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
