    Description

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
    • Knowledge of Construction material & purchase terms (Must)
    • Maintain records of goods ordered and received
    • Negotiation strategies and close deals
    • Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies
    • Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment
    • Control purchasing department budgets
    • Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
    • Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability
    • Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, Policies, and procedures
    • Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
    • Prepare Comparison sheet, Purchase Order, Work Order, Term Sheet etc. as an when require
    • Knowledge of ERP
    • Good communication skill.
    • Driving cost reduction initiatives
    • Well versed with advanced procurement Inventory management techniques
    • Budgeting and forecasting
    • Prepare and conduct vendor development and negotiation
    • Timely contracting & right pricing strategies
    • Should have presentation & communication skills for effective coordination with all sites.
