    • Experience ~ 15 years, preferably with at least 3 years in India Pharma.
    • Understanding and hands on experience on Pharma business and Business process.
    • Annual Business budget and present the same to top management.
    • have good understanding of business P&L with components and guide to business.
    • partnering with business stakeholders on various initiatives.
    • cost control & compliance for the business.
    • have good understanding of Pharma pricing and applicable Regulation.
    • be able to analyse & answer the question on business performance to CFO / India Business head /SBU heads.
    • Should have very good data analytical skills and business acumen.
    • knowledge of Formulation costing with components.
    • person should be very handy on numbers of various business.
    • and presentation of monthly MIS.
    • have a good understanding of field set-ups and hierarchy of business.
    • to business on various financial aspects and decision making.
    • be able to understand the criticality of business and act appropriately.
    • be able to lead the team and mentor the team members.
    • have hands on experience of SAP – COPA module and working on BPC tool.
    • understanding / experience of Cost center accounting.
