    Description

    Qualifications :

    1. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

    2. Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong programming skills and should have hands-on experience on A360.

    3. Additional advantage to have Automation Anywhere Essential, Advanced and Master certification.


    • Good to have experience on other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).
    • Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
    Skills :


    • Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.
    • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
    Responsibilities :


    • Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments.
    • Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools.
    • Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of RPA solutions.
    • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
    • Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
    • Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies, work environment and work timing as we work with global customers.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
