Job Summary

Job Responsibilities


HRIT

  • Manage the functioning of the HRMS in an end to end manner
  • Resolve all system issues as per occurrence in a timebound manner
  • Seek input from all users of the system for developments and enhancements of the system and system related processes
  • Provide robust, integrated solutions to live Business HR requirements through system functionalities
  • Work with the implementation partners to identify advancements in periodic updates, and design & implement the usage of the same
  • Document all standard operating procedures along with relevant revisions of the same with appropriate management approvals
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
  • Ensure receipt of 100% audit clearance
  • Monitor failure of integration and ensure data accuracy in all the target systems
  • Manage bulk upload of various transactions related to employee life cycle
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
  • Prepares reports and HR dashboard, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
  • Prepare preliminary documentation, reports, integration, change request, Project plan to enable the RPA projects on various HR transactions

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding and at least one commercial HRIS product implementation experience.
**Qualification

  • Engineering background with MBA
  • HR specialization desirable
