• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and secure contract approval as well as other important paperwork.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
• Solidify contract renewals and extend the terms and scope of existing contracts.
• Maintain customer profile and key tracking information about the customer profile in CRM.
• Maintain internal communications between development team and sales when necessary.
• Bachelor's Degree in any stream, MBA OR BBA or Degree in communication can be an added advantage.
• Experience: Mini. 2 + Years in Sales and Marketing in Advertising and Branding Firm.
• Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
