    Description

    Founded in 2014, Laundryheap is a young and rapidly growing UK-based tech company. We take care of laundry and dry cleaning with a fast turnaround time. Operating in 12 countries, including the UK, the US, and the UAE, we have big plans for expansion.

    We are searching for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in our overseas office in Bengaluru, India. As an international brand with operations across different time zones, we need someone who can adapt to working night shifts.

    You'll be making an impact:

    In this role as the Associate Lead - Logistics, reporting to the Assistant Regional Manager, you will support drivers in the US and EU markets, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth operations during night shifts.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Responding promptly to driver inquiries through various communication channels.
    • Providing drivers with detailed information about company policies and services.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving driver issues efficiently.
    • Collaborating with teams to address complex driver concerns.
    • Documenting all interactions and contributing to process improvement.
    • Adhering to standards and staying updated on industry trends.
    • Measuring team performance and providing feedback.
    • Conducting training and managing team schedules.

    Skills & Experience required:

    • 4-7 years of relevant experience.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Experience in email/live chat support.
    • Basic Google Sheets skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Team building and supervision experience.

    Desired Skills:

    • Continuous improvement mindset.
    • Prior experience in UK/US processes.
    • Experience in international service sectors.
    • Analytical with a data-driven approach.
    • Empathetic and eager to learn.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Number of positions available: Multiple

    Work Schedule:

    • 9-hour shift, 5 days a week with night shifts.
    • Office-based role.

    Immediate joiners preferred. Role designation subject to change.
