    Description

    Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Support Manager to lead our internal HR systems support team. Managing support for SAP SuccessFactors, Zwayam, GreytHR and any HR related applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the HR department, partner teams, and ensuring seamless support operations.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Application Support:
  • Oversee the support and maintenance of critical applications, including SAP SuccessFactors, Zwayam, GreytHR and any HR related applications. Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. Work with Support Partners and manage service metrics and application uptime.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of support professionals, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets or exceeds service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordination with HR:
  • Work closely with the HR department to understand user requirements, implement changes, and ensure that support services align with organizational needs. Collaborate on the development and delivery of enhancement requests.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Engage with external vendors to coordinate support efforts, manage service contracts, and ensure timely issue resolution. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the support function. Regularly review support processes and workflows, making adjustments to meet changing business requirements.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, communicating effectively to manage expectations and provide updates on support activities. Prepare and present regular reports on support metrics, performance, and improvements to the leadership team.

    • Skills:

  • Proven experience managing support teams in an IT environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Zwayam/other ATS and GreytHR. Implementation and support experience in SuccessFactors required.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in coordinating with HR and vendor teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
