Job Summary:

The Front Office cum Sales Officer is responsible for managing front desk operations while actively engaging in sales-related activities to promote products or services.


Key Responsibilities:


Front Office Management:
Greet and welcome guests or customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Manage appointments, reservations, and scheduling.


Administrative Duties:
Maintain records, including customer profiles, transactions, and inquiries.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.


Sales and Customer Service:
Actively engage in sales activities by promoting products/services to customers.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback.


Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with other departments or teams to ensure smooth operations.
Communicate effectively with customers, providing information and assistance as required.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customeroriented approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts or weekends if required.

Salary:
Up to ₹13,000.00 per month
