    Description

    Positions: Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Staff Engineer, Senior Staff Engineer

    Location: Bangalore

    Experience: 8 -13 Years

    Employment type: Full Time, permanent

    Salary : Upto Rs 50 LPA

    Key Skills: Pre Silicon Design Verification UVM test Benches

    Key responsibilities

    • verification requirements and come up with verification project plan and verification strategy/methodology considering IP verification status, schedule, reuse, design skews/configurations.
    • test bench based on the verification/design requirements
    • work products (test plan, test cases, test bench code etc) of junior engineers
    • verification metrics, status and risks to management
    • test suites (SV/UVM, C, etc, as needed) and test benches
    • closely with the design team to address any design errors
    • initial debug of test failures to identify design errors
    • test results (logs, waveforms) and report the observations in case of issues.
    • functional cover points and assertions, write test cases/sequences to cover them
    • the quality of verification, identify coverage holes, adjust randomization, write new test cases to improve coverage
    • verification environment to handle multiple design configurations
    • and sign-off verification for tape-out

    Technical Skills

    • understanding of SoC Architectures
    • have good track record and taped out more than one SoC/Subsystems
    • have mentored team of 2-5 Engineers.
    • have good experience in all sections of verification flow starting from verification requirements capture, test planning, test bench architecture development, test case/sequence coding test bench components/assertions coding, functional, code coverage closure and reviews
    • Experience in CPU/BFM(VIP) based test benches
    • programming and Strong debugging skills
    • knowledge in AMBA AXI, AHB, APB and experience with AMBA based NIC/NoC
    • in High-speed protocols like PCIe 4/5, LPDDR 4/5, GDDR6, SD/eMMC and GBE
    • knowledge on low-speed peripherals and IO interfaces.
    • knowledge on DFT and DFD architectures
    • knowledge and experience with boot, reset, clocking schemes and Low power
    • knowledge and verification experience with high-performance architectures
    • have done automation with Perl, python, make and shell scripting
    • experience with EDA simulation and waveform viewer tools

    Qualification
