    Description

    The Opportunity:

    As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will be involved in Digital Transformation projects to implement sales automation software solutions for top FMCG companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trade promotion processes and experience implementing TPM solutions for clients. As a TPM Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure TPM software and provide guidance on best practice for Trade promotion optimization.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Champion and promote an innovative and agile model to ensure state of the art technology for Sales Transformation projects.
    2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements for trade promotion management processes.
    3. Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements and engage the customer on user acceptance strategy, planning and execution phase.
    4. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on TPM functionality and usage.
    5. Participate in drawing up of the Functional Blueprint, produce the solution configuration documentation, and develop work effort estimates for implementation.
    6. Configure TPM software based on client requirements, including promotion planning, execution, and analysis functionalities.
    7. with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
    8. Up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in TPM technology to provide innovative solutions to clients.
    9. Support clients during TPM software implementation, including testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance.
    10. Be responsible for the complete documentation and collaterals for handover to the Application Maintenance & Support team.

    Required Qualifications:

    1. 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, CPG, Retail and related organizations.
    2. Degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA is Sales and Marketing is a plus.
    3. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in trade promotion management or related field.
    4. Proven experience implementing TPM software solutions, preferably with a focus on consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
    5. Strong understanding of trade promotion processes, including planning, execution, and post-promotion analysis.
    6. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    7. Experience with TPM software platforms such as Salesforce Aforza, Salesforce Consumer Cloud, Kantar Xtel, or Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) tools is a plus.
    8. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to optimally communicate findings and clearly articulate business value of the analytical solutions is required.
    9. Attention to detail, pro-active problem-solving, collaboration and organizational skills is required.
    10. Concrete experience managing complex digital products which have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
    11. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends.
    12. Demonstrated ability to lead high performance cross-functional teams.
