Our mission is to empower doctors/ health systems to save lives with the help of innovative technology and advanced AI algorithms, so that every CHF patient has an 80% chance of survival, if he gets access to good quality care within the first 90 mins


Currently we are working with 4 state governments and its health departments to implement their STEMI (heart failure) program as per the National Agenda.

Our goal is to scale these programs across India and support state govts and other public health ecosystem stakeholders, to build and implement programs to address cardiovascular diseases to reduce mortality within their facilities.

Our work since the last 5 years with these states has given us enough insights and evidence that now needs to be published in the public domain ; within an objective to move even closer to our mission of saving lives of people with adverse cardiovascular events

An experienced Research Assistant can support us in our mission


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop understanding on the landscape of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) in the targeted geographies with respect to
- disease burden, existing solutions, healthcare providers, gaps and challenges.

  • Develop a thorough understanding of the National Programme for Prevention and Control of Cancer, Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases and Stroke (NPCDCS) with respect to state level implementation
  • Brainstorm and seek inputs from KOL's of different states to draft and finalize papers for publication
  • Interface and guide the local state teams to fulfill the end goals of each research/publication project
  • Support the line manager and the team in cultivating strong working relationships with key opinion leaders, stakeholders, institutional level officials.
  • Prior work experience in public health with a strong understanding of and interest in the public health system in India.

Required Qualification and Expertise:


  • 35 years of experience in scientific writing, medical writing, abstract writing for Journal Publication
  • Should have 35 publications in the portfolio in reputed international journals
  • Experience in literature review, developing research protocols, data collection tools and and data analysis
  • Strong understanding and experience of working with the public health system and other healthcare providers in India.
  • Experience in managing paper publication lifecycle as per mapped process and timelines and escalating on time
  • Experience in secondary research on google scholar for thorough literature review
  • Experience in using quantitative data analysis tools like SPSS, STATA, Tableau etc
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Willingness to travel on prior notice
