    Description

    Position: Trainer in HealthCare Industry

    Company: HCL Tech

    Location: Chennai

    Timings: 10:30 am to 3 pm

    Looking for a Trainer with a background in HealthCare. Join us for the opportunity to share your expertise on Facets Configuration and Network Management - Credentialing. See below for details:

    Responsibilities:

    Facets Configuration

    • 3-5 years of experience in US healthcare plans, specifically BIM and facets configuration.
    • Deliver training sessions to guide new and current team members on benefit coding principles and Facets configuration guidelines.
    • Hands-on training on the Facets system for benefit configuration.
    • Identify training needs to bridge knowledge gaps and ensure effective training.
    • Strong communication skills with prior experience in a training role in the payor domain.
    • Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations such as HIPAA and ACA.
    • Knowledge of health insurance plans like HMOs, PPOs, Medicare, and Medicaid.
    • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and staying informed about industry trends.

    Network Management - Credentialing

    • 3-5 years of experience in Provider credentialing and Revenue cycle management.
    • Experience in US healthcare plans handling claim denials, appeals, and Provider Demographics process.
    • Coach the team on client policy updates.
    • Conduct training sessions on credentialing processes, policies, and practices.
    • Identify knowledge gaps and design role-based training plans.
    • Effective communication skills with training experience in the payor domain.
    • Ability to adapt to changes quickly and remain updated with industry trends.
