Required skills:

  • Broad knowledge of base platform architecture:
  • vSphere (ESXi, vCenter, vCD, vSAN, NSX, VCF)
  • Linux (bash, shell, scripting)
  • Windows (AD: Forests, Domains, Trusts, PowerShell)
  • Broad knowledge of Kubernetes framework from 2 aspects:
  • Application side: API, loops, reconciliation, controllers, pods, replicas
  • Infrastructure side: CAPI, networking, storage, IDm, policies
  • Broad knowledge of managed Kubernetes solutions and services(cloud based):
  • VMConAWS, Azure VMware Solution, Oracle Cloud VMware Solution
  • Google GKE, Azure AKS, AWS EKS, Hosted Rancher, RedHat OpenShift
  • Broad knowledge of onprem Kubernetes platforms:
  • TKG, GKE on prem (Anthos), Azure Stack, EKS/ECS-Anywhere, RKE(2), OpenShift
  • Knowledge of Modern Applications basics:
  • Images, Containers and Registries
  • Understanding of microservices
  • Management of Distributed Applications
  • When to: retain / rehost / replatform / refactor / retire
  • CI/CD pipelining, Application Lifecycle Management
  • Building Images
  • Frameworks, OCI, Docker, Stacks
  • Utilizing 3rd party sources App catalogs: Hubs, Marketplaces
  • Image registries
- artifacts and IP and Runtimes

  • Enterprise deployments in Production
  • Securing access to Modern Applications / eastwest (CNI) with northsouth (Ingress)
  • Distributed Version Control System / GIT
  • Service Mesh
  • Multicluster management (TMC, Anthos Config Mgmt, Rancher Server, Advanced Cluster Mgmt)

Preferred Qualification:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

Salary:
₹200, ₹250,000.00 per month
