Medical S P Private Limited is seeking a Tamil / Hindi Customer Service Representative Remote to join our team.

As a member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our clients with their computer and network security needs.

This is a remote position allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a part of our dynamic company.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding computer and network security products and services
  • Provide customers with product information and pricing
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner
  • Record customer interactions in our database for future reference
  • Analyze and escalate customer issues as necessary
  • Continuously work to improve customer satisfaction and exceed performance objectives

Requirements:


  • Fluency in Tamil and Hindi
  • Proven work experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Familiarity with computer and network security concepts
  • High school diploma or a higher degree
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with minimum supervision.
