    We are Urgently Hiring for a HR Payroll& Compliance Role

    Job Title :

    HR Payroll &Compliance

    Job Location :

    Designation : Assistant ManagerHR

    KeyResponsibilities : SPOC for Employee master data base generation and itstimely updations in various data points such as master database andHRIS modules. Time bound Unit/Staff SalaryData punching and insuring its accuracy and uploading salary onsalary bank accounts of the employees within the agreedTAT. Employee attendance and leavemanagement across levels. Maintaining UnitSalary accuracy and insuring its match with master payroll andemployee master data base. Maintainingmonthly summery sheet for Unit salarys across regions their payoutsrequired and payment dates.

    Monthly summaryof total wage bill which includes:

    Unit wise Projected pay versesNet pay Pending payouts Date of payouts made Employer PFcontribution Employer ESIC Contribution MLWF W.C.

    contributionGroup Life policies If any. Employee grade / role/gender/regionwise bifurcation. Monthly MIS on loans orAdvances given and its reconciliation with salary paid as per theCo. policy.

    Bank and employee coordinationto open new salary accounts cash card accounts and updating thesame in master payroll and Employee master data base.

    Keeping a MISon number of account opening applications gone to the bank versushow many received back within defined Time lines and itsdistribution to employees.

    Bank coordinationfor salary updations and processing keeping Weekly/Monthly data onhow many salary credition have happened for that Week/Month and itsreconciliation with accounts dept.

    Salaryupload to Bank and ensure time bound Crediton of salarypayouts.

    Manage and process Store deductiondeduction against advance salaries for staff or any other kind ofsalary deduction for staff as per instructions issuedby.

    Regional/Functional Heads AND ensure its captured inthe monthly Unit salary MIS data report and it is shared withrespective Heads
    Weekly/monthly reconciliation on chequepay mode salaries and or advances done with AccountsDept. Managing and coordinating Cash /Amountupload for employee salaries or any other activities related tobanking of salaries. Full and Finalsettlement of staff. PF contributionworkings Updation reconciliation and before due date submission ofPF to PF office. ESIC contribution workingsUpdation reconciliation and before due date submission of ESIC toESIC office.

    HR MIS & Operations :
    SPOC and responsible for MIS generation and analysis onvarious aspects of HR and employee payroll and statutory compliancemanagement activities. Manage and collateemployee payroll data and its accurate upload on HRIS and otheraspects of Employee life cycle. Responsiblefor complete data keeping and record management of all employeesincluding ground staff across regions in coordination with RegionalHR teams. Training and development of officestaff in terms of employee induction and JD/KRA explaining andissuance and goal setting activities. TakeInitiative and actively participate in employee engagementinitiatives from celebrating birthdays to various festivals andemployee engagement opportunity.

    KeyCompetencies: Education MBA /MLS/ Post Graduate in Human ResourcesManagement

    between 27 to 35 yrs ofage.

    Minimum previous work experiencerequired 05 to 08 years relevant experience in payroll andstatutory compliance management independently managing minimum 2000employee payroll Candidates should have goodComputer/ IT Skills such as MS office advance Excel and Emailcorrespondence.

    Should have good businesscommunication skills both written and spoken English language andhaving knowledge of written/spoken local language.
