Senior Manager/General Manager, Consumer Insights.


This is an IC role - Looking for a whole-brain (left / right brain leverage) thinker, who enjoys solutions based on human intelligence/ data rigour and can execute/manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

**Key skills required:
- *
  • Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research practices. Heavy on Quantitative.
  • Comfort with driving projects grounds up, executing it independently with internal resources develop Qres/Guides/conduct interviews & work out the analysis plan.
  • Experience in MR agency followed by a clientside/ research user experience. Exposure to the Online/tech industry would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to independently execute research requirements endtoend from decoding the objective, scoping & dissemination with leadership.
  • Strong analytical, planning and multitasking skills with demonstrated ability to selfstart, contribute and work in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Has led largescale research projects (Quant) during previous experience.
  • Experience in understanding methodologies around exploratory research, user lifecycles, NPS and a general understanding of the entire research partner ecosystem.
**Ideal years of exp:
- ** about 6-9 years of experience.


Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA.

  • Design and execute research independently or with the help of an agency partner to decode the customer pulse and disseminate findings within the org.
  • Support the Business Marketplace
  • Operations and Restaurant partner teams to represent the voice of customers, and influence decisions that delight consumers.
  • Lead & execute independent research charters to help business teams with datadriven + consumer intelligenceled decisionmaking.
  • Help to launch new services, features, and products working with Product and Business teams.
  • Manage & execute NPS, customer pulse surveys and immersions firsthand across different customer profiles.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal stakeholders and external agencies.
