    About the job:

    As a Junior Operations Associate at Yes Madam, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where your skills in MS Office, English Proficiency (Spoken and Written), Telugu Proficiency (Spoken), and Hindi Proficiency (Spoken) will be put to good use.


    Key responsibilities:

    • Assist in daily operational tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with service providers
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions
    • Handle incoming and outgoing communication in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
    • Support the Operations team in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow within the organization
    • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement and optimization
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service delivery
