Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed training curriculum and materials on digital marketing topics, ensuring content is uptodate and relevant.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced learners.
  • Evaluate participant performance and progress through assessments, quizzes, and assignments, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting training programs to attract participants and increase enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the training department by actively participating in team meetings, professional development activities, and strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or professional certifications in digital marketing are preferred.
  • Proven experience working in digital marketing roles, handson experience in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or presentations, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed, with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and expertise in digital marketing.
  • Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and skill levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions during weekdays, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.

₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
