Customer Service Representative

Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year BPO experience or any customer service experience.
  • Minimum Qualification HSC.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong problemsolving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.
  • Good multitasking and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
