    Job Description:

    As a Sales Specialist at Buildesk, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our real estate software solutions, with a particular focus on ERP and CRM systems. You will be expected to leverage your direct sales experience to engage with prospects, negotiate, and close deals, thereby contributing to our growth and expansion.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive direct sales of real estate industry software, particularly ERP solutions, with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
    • Engage in business development activities for B2B software products/solutions, focusing on the Real Estate industry.
    • Demonstrate enterprise product sales experience with ERPs, CRMs, and SCMs.
    • Independently break into large accounts, conduct pitches, present to C-Level executives, and negotiate to close significant deals.
    • Utilize proven experience in handling transactions within the Indian market, leveraging an understanding of local business culture and practices.
    • Leverage existing relationships in regions previously sold to, aiding in new client acquisition.
    • Conduct research to identify new leads and potential markets for expansion.
    • Implement and adapt sales strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational sales objectives and business development.
    • Establish and refine sales processes to drive desired outcomes, contributing to the acquisition of new logos and organizational growth.
    • Display high energy, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in generating revenue.

    Requirements:

    • Strong interest in business development within the B2B sector, specifically for software application products/solutions targeting the real estate industry.
    • Proven ability to engage with and close deals with senior-level executives.
    • Excellent research capabilities to identify new business opportunities.
    • Energetic, well-spoken, and eager to achieve sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Fluency in regional languages is considered a plus.
