Requirements:

Minimum 3 year of experience in a Financial firm or equivalent fastpaced environment
Good problem solving. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Good general knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
Comfortable with the principles TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Good knowledge of Active Directory
Experience with 2FA, mobile technology ( IOS and Android )
Knowledge of PC hardware and experience of troubleshooting PC issues and printers
Citrix / virtualization knowledge an advantage
Strong desire to learn new skills, expand upon and improve existing ones
Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment
Must be fluent in English

Working days/hours:

Monday to Friday - 11:30am-8:30pm IST;
Fully working from the office - Indiqube Alpine (Transit) 7th Floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Guindy Area - adjacent to Ekattuthangal Metro Station.
